Orthoralix 8500 produced by Gendex – a DDE digital version – is the latest model of a dental x-ray system used in standard panotmography and children’s pantomography. Thanks to the latest-generation digital sensor and a CCD camera as well as an immediate connection to a PC computer it reduces the radiation dose for a patient to 70%, it shortens the exposure time even to 11 seconds and shows images in real time without the time-consuming plate developing. The X-ray lamp in Orthoralix 8500 is powered by a high-frequency generator and has a 0.4mm focal spot, which guarantees the best recognition of all anatomical details and the highest definition improving the diagnostic value of an image to a maximum. Additionally, a multi-motor drive of the device head enables to freely move and to turn the x-ray lamp focus in the horizontal plane, which guarantees that it will be set to 1mm. Consequently, the pantomographic image ideally reflects the patient’s anatomy. Moreover, the images are distinguished by perfect geometry and a fixed zoom rate. Furthermore, permanent internal microprocessor control of efficiency and service accuracy guarantees patient’s full safety and individually-set minimal radiation dose.

The SR-130D utilizes the Canon 50G (14″ x 17″) light weight digital Receptor that produces consistent high resolution digital radiographic images.

The SR-130D reduces exam time – Each image is captured, viewable and verified in seconds by the X-Ray Technician, before leaving the patients bedside.

DICOM-NetOffice Server stores your DICOM-Data, images and none-graphical DICOM data (for ex: structured reports) as well.
Database is implemented with Microsoft SQL-Server (reliable and inexpensive).
